Either works. The flush procedure is different (tankless gets a vinegar descale loop; tank gets a full drain + agitate + refill), but the price and time commitment are the same. Just tell us what you’ve got when we confirm.
What if you find something during the walkthrough?
You get a written summary with photos. We’ll quote anything that needs follow-up, but there’s zero pressure to book it on the spot. The $75 covers the flush and the walkthrough — period. No bait-and-switch.
Are there any restrictions?
